MOIL Recruitment 2013 For Management Trainee At Its HO And Mines

The details of the advertisement and the salient criteria for selection are mentioned as under:

The name and the numbers of the posts Advertised for:

  1. Management Trainee (Marketing) – 02 posts (UR)
  2. Management Trainee (Materials) – 03 Posts (UR-2, OBC-1)

Important Dates:

  • Date of commencement of submission of Application: 06-April-2013
  • Last date for submission of Completed Application: 30-April-2013

Application Fees:

The Applicants have to remit an application fee of Rs.100 only, which is to be deposited in shape of Demand Draft in favor of MOIL Ltd, payable at Head office, Nagpur.

Details of Eligibility Criteria, other requirements and Pay Scale:

  1. 1.            Management Trainee (Marketing)

Academics:    Any Graduate with an MBA Degree with specialization in Marketing Management.

Age:             Maximum 30 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the government directives

Training Period: The selected candidate will be inducted in MOIL for a period of 1 year with a monthly stipend of Rs.16400.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates after successful completion of the training period will be eligible to receive remuneration in a pay scale of E-1 with Rs. 16400-Rs.40500. An estimated CTC will be around Rs.6.22 lakhs. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

  1. 2.            Management Trainee (Marketing)

Academics:    Any Graduate with an MBA Degree in discipline.

Age:             Maximum 30 years with a condition that relaxation will be granted as per the government directives

Training Period: The selected candidate will be inducted in MOIL for a period of 1 year with a monthly stipend of Rs.16400.

Pay Scale:     The selected candidates after successful completion of the training period will be eligible to receive remuneration in a pay scale of E-1 with Rs.16400-Rs.40500. An estimated CTC will be around Rs.6.22 lakhs. Other provisions will be extended as per the norms of the Company.

Travel Allowance during Interview:

For the posts as mentioned above will be eligible to receive 2nd class train fare / bus fare (in case train is not available) for appearing the interview on production of evidence.

General Instructions:

  1. The posts are open to Indian nationals only
  2. For all the posts Age, Education and Experience will be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application
  3. The candidates have to submit supporting documents against any information or special claim desired by them
  4. Matriculation certificate is a must as a proof of age
  5. Candidates in service need to offer a NOC duly signed by their competent authorities for submitting the application
  6. OBC reservations will be applicable only for the “NON CREAMY LAYER’ as per presidential directives
