Mizoram Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of the post of High School Teacher, under School Education Department.
High School Teacher (Science): 64 Vacancies

Qualification:
High School Teacher (Science): The candidate must possess B.Sc or above (preferably with Physics and Chemistry) with B.Ed degree or equivalent course from recognized University. Candidate must have working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.
High School Teacher (Mathematics): The candidate must possess Graduation degree with at least Mathematics as one subject at Bachelor degree (preferably with mathematics at 10+2 level) with B.Ed or equivalent course from recognized University. Candidate must have working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.
Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 35 years as on February 10, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs. 9,300-34,800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4,600/-
Application Fee:
Rs 320/- for general category candidates
Rs.270/- for SC/ST category candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee by cash at the Reception Counter of Mizoram Public Service Commission Office or by depositing into the Treasury under the Head- 0051-PSC, 102-State PSC (Examination Fee. etc) or by uncrossed Indian Postal Order ( IPO) drawn in favour of Secretary, Mizoram Public Service Commission.
