Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer) Civil: 04 Vacancies
Education Qualification: Candidates must possess B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (55% for ST/PH-ST, SEBC/ PH-SEBC and EBC/PH-EBC Category Candidates) as aggregate of 7th and 8th semester and must have cleared the examination in the first attempt. Knowledge of Gujarati language and Computer Operations is essential.
Age Limit: The applicant must not have crossed maximum age of 35 years (40 years for ST, SEBC, and EBC Candidates) of age as on December 17, 2016. However, further relaxation in upper age for reserved category of applicants applicable as per government norms.

Pay scale and Remunerations: Selected candidates will have to join the post as Vidyut Sahayak and will be on a fixed remuneration basis as

2nd year: Rs.23550/- per month
On successful completion of 2 years of service, the candidates may be appointed as Junior Engineer-Civil in the regular cadre in the Scale of Pay of Rs.17300-Rs.38610 and other perks as applicable.

Nature of Posts: The first two years of the post will be as Vidyut Sahayak and will be on a fixed remuneration basis. After successful completion of 2 years of service, the candidates may be inducted as Junior Engineer-Electrical in the regular scale of pay subject to satisfactory performance.
