Mawmluh Cherra Cements Limited, Meghalaya came into existence in the year 1966. It was previously named Assam Cements. It is a joint sector company working with Government of Meghalaya and private share holders.

- Posts A: Chief Burner/ Asst. Manager Process, Sr. Burner / Asst. Process Controller, Asst. Foreman (Mech.), Accountant, Marketing Officer.
- Posts B: Fitter, Welder, Khalasi, Asst. Armature Winder, Electrician- cum- Wireman, Asstt Foreman (Instrumentation), Instrument Mechanic.
- Posts C: Mines Foreman, Mining Mate,
Nature of the Post: All the posts are technical in nature.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2013):
Candidates must be of minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years of age for posts mentioned in A and C category.
The candidates must be of minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years for posts mentioned in B category.
Upper age limit is relaxable up to five years for candidates belonging to SC/ ST communities.
Pay Scale:

Application Fee & How to: The application fees to be paid for the posts is Rs 50/- for general candidates by way of Indian Postal Order (IPO). The application fee is Rs 25/- for SC/ ST candidates. The crossed IPO should be drawn in favour of Mawmluh Cherra Cements Limited, Shillong.
Posts mentioned in A and B is contractual in nature and candidates will be hired for a period of two years.
