Probation Period:
- Assistant- Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of joining.
- Assistant Manager- Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year as Management Trainee. Candidates will be eligible to get Rs. 25000/- per month during training. After successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager, and will be on probation for a period of one year thereafter.
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant- Candidates must be graduate with minimum 50% marks.
- Assistant Manager- Candidates must be graduate degree in Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy with minimum 50% marks.
Pay Scale:
Assistant- Rs. 7400-16965/- and other admissible allowances as per rules
Assistant Manager- Rs. 17100-32080/- and other admissible allowances as per rules
Age Limit As on 01-June-2014: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 28 years
Selection Process:
- Assistant- Candidates will be selected on the basis of TWS RRBs-CWE-III as per general category cut-off for Office Assistant (Multipurpose), and Interview.
- Assistant Manager- Candidates will be selected on the basis of TWS RRBs-CWE-III as per general category cut-off for Officers Scale I, and Interview.
