Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager: Degree in Mechanical./Production/Electrical Engineering with two years relevant experience in Engineering Industry.
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): M.Com with five years experience in leading finance function in industry. Membership of ICAI/ ICWAI as preferred additional.
- Engineer: Degree in Mechanical/ Production/Industrial/ Electrical Engineering.
- Officer: MHRM/MBA or equivalent in HR Management, with three years relevant managerial experience; OR MSW with HR specialization with five years relevant managerial experience; OR PG Degree in Law with Labour Law specialization with three years managerial experience.
- Technician: Diploma in Mechanical/ Production engineering with three years of relevant experience.
- Tradesman: Tradesman – ITI with three years experience in relevant field.
