High Court of Kerala came into existence in 1956 with its seat at Ernakulam. High Court of Kerala invites applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Assistant Posts.

Mode of Appointment: DIRECT
Scale of Pay: Rs. 39300-83000/-
Selection Process: Candidate will be selected on the basis of written examination (objective and descriptive) and interview. The objective test will be of 100 marks and descriptive of 60 marks.
Objective Test- [75 Minutes Duration] 100 Marks- General English of 50 Marks, General Knowledge of 40 Marks, Basic Mathematics and Reasoning of 10 Marks
Descriptive Test- [60 Minutes Duration] 60 Marks
Interview- 10 Marks

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. OR Master’s Degree OR Law Degree awarded or recognized by any of the universities in Kerala. Knowledge of Computer Operations is desirable.
Age Limit: Candidates born between 02-January-1985 and 01-January-2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply for direct recruitment of Assistant Posts. However, relaxation in upper age limit for OBC, SC, ST, and the Member of the High Court Service are applicable as per government rules.
Application Fee & How to: The application fees to be paid for the post is Rs 450/- for general candidates using the Fee Payment Challan or Online Mode. SC/ST and unemployed physically handicapped candidates are exempted from paying the fees.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can visit the site www.hckrecruitment.nic.in and apply online. The online application process has two parts-Parts I Registration and Part II Registration.
The candidate is required to provide basic information about him/her in Part- I Registration. After completing first part of the registration, the candidate will be assigned Application Number. The candidate must upload his/her photograph and signature and validate fee payment before proceeding for Part- II Registration. Candidates are required to do Remittance of Application Fee through Online Mode, Download of Challan for Offline Payment at one of the State Bank of India branch. The candidate is required to take a print out of Application-I and Application-II.
