Karnataka Examination Authority is going to conduct competitive examination for the posts of Lecturers in the subjects of Kannada, English, Hindi, Urdu, History, Telugu, Marathi, Sanskrit, Economics, Logic, Political Science, Sociology, Geography, Hindustani Music, Kamatic Music, Business Studies, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science and Education, in in Government Pre University Colleges in the State of Karnataka.

Educational Qualification Criteria: Candidates should have completed Master Degree in concerned subject with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade, and have passed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or it’s equivalent.
Age Limit: Candidates should attained the minimum age of 21 years; and not have exceeded 45 years of maximum age for SC/ ST/ Category I of other backward classes, 43 years for Category II(a), II(b), III(a), III(b) of other backward classes, and 40 years in case of all other candidates as on last date of receipt of application.
Pay Scale: Rs. 22800-43200/-
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Competitive Examination.

For General Merit and Others {Category II(a), II(b), III(b), III(a)}: Rs. 2500/-
For SC/ ST/ Category 1: Rs. 2000/-
Physically Disabled Candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Candidates can make the payment in the “Computerized Post Office” branches only.
