- Role of co-operative Societies in economic structure of the Country
- Formation of Co-operative Societies, Administration, functioning & accounts maintenance.
- Co-operative credit structure
- Law of Co-operative Societies
- Banking Regulation Act
- Negotiable Instrument Act
- Companies Act
- Reserve Bank of India/NABARD Act.
Probation Period: One Year
Manager:
Number of Posts – 10
Age Limit: Minimum- 25 Years, Maximum- 40 Years (As on June 22, 2012)
Qualification Required: MA (Economics) /MBA/M.Com/M.Sc in First Class with 60% marks. Preference will be given who have passed CAIIB.
Added Requirements:
The Candidates should have knowledge of Kannada: Speak, Write and Read.
The Candidate should have computer knowledge.
Experience: 03 Years – As Officer in Co-operative Bank/ Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank.
Pay Scale: Rs.20310-700-21010-750-29260-800-39660 Plus Admissible Allowances.

Assistant General Manager:

Age Limit: Minimum- 25 Years, Maximum- 45 Years (As on June 22, 2012)
Qualification Required: MA (Economics) /MBA/M.Com/M.Sc in First Class with 60% marks. Preference will be given who have passed CAIIB.
Experience: 05 Years – As Officer in Co-operative Bank/Commercial Bank/Regional Rural Bank.
Pay Scale: Rs.22510-750-29260-800-42060 Plus Admissible Allowances.
