Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Principals in Government Polytechnic/ Women Polytechnic on Regular basis.
Principal- 13 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 37,400-67,000/- plus AGP Rs. 10,000 and Special Allowances Rs. 2,000/-
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Academic Record and Research Performance (Total 20%), Research Performance and Quality of Publications (40%), Assessment of Domain Knowledge and teaching Skills (20%), and Interview Performance (20%). Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.

Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech with ME/M.Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized university with first Class. Candidates must also have fulfill required experience criteria in order to be eligible for consideration.
Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and Maximum 57 years as on 01-August-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government norms.

Rs. 150 for SC/ST candidates of Jharkhand State
Rs. 600/- for candidates belonging to Unreserved/ BC-I & II Categories
