Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from an Indian University or a Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from an Indian Engineering College; OR
Candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineering, India, or have passed Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) or possess as any other educational qualifications recognized by the Institution of Engineers (India) as being equivalent to a pass in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ of the Associate Membership Examination.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years for Unreserved candidates; 37 years for BC category-I/ BC category-II candidates, 38 years for Female (UR/ BC-I, BC-II) candidates, 40 years for SC/ ST category candidates. Further relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination of 900 marks and Interview of 100 marks.
Examination Fee:
Rs.150/- for Candidates belonging to SC/ ST category of Jharkhand State
Rs.400/- for All other category candidates
All the candidates Candidates also have to pay Rs.50/- as Bank Charges
