Nativity/ Domicile:
- Only candidates who are original natives of J&K (stayed for not less than 15 years in the state) can apply for the job positions.
Essential Age Requirement as on 01- January- 2014:
- The required minimum age limit for all category candidates is 18 years.
- For Open merit candidates the required maximum age limit is 40 years, 43 years for SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC candidates, 42 years for physically challenged candidates, 48 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates, 40 years for Government Service/ Contractual employees.
Application Fees: Rs.400/-
Candidates can pay the fee in Cash in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment challan only.
Applicants are suggested not to forget to collect candidate’s counterfoil copy of the application fee payment challan duly authenticated by the bank with (a) branch name & code no and (c) date of deposit filled by the branch official. Candidates are also advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment challan with them.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done by through the Physical/ Type/ Written Test/ Interview.
