Jharkhand High Court invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Assistant in High Court and Judicial Academy Jharkhand, Assistant/ Clerk in Civil Courts and Family Courts of the State of Jharkhand. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and working knowledge of computer/ knowledge of typing on computer, and viva-voce.
Assistant in Jharkhand High Court– 100 vacancies
Assistant in Judicial Academy Jharkhand- 02 vacancies
Assistant/ Clerk in Civil Courts/ Family Courts of the State of Jharkhand- 206 vacancies

Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate from a recognised university. Candidates should have working knowledge of computer, and typing.
Age Limit As on 01-January-2016: Minimum 18 tears and Maximum 35 years for general category candidates, 37 years for EBC/ MBC/ BC category candidates, 38 years for female candidates, and 40 years for SC/ ST category candidates. Physically disabled candidates will get a further age relaxation of five years.
Pay Scale:
Assistant in High Court, Judicial Academy Jharkhand: Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- plus allowances
Assistant/ Clerk in Civil Courts: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- plus allowances
Assistant/ Clerk in Family Courts: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- plus allowances
Examination Fee:
Rs. 125/- for SC/ ST category candidates
Rs. 500/- for general/ EBC/ MBC/ BC category candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee in form of demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Ranchi; favouring Registrar General, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi.
Candidates are suggested to write name and address in the overleaf of the demand draft.
How to Apply: Interested candidates are suggested to send duly completed application form in prescribed format along with demand draft, three recent passport size photographs, one self addressed un-stamped envelope of 10 by 4.5cm, self attested photocopies of documents/ certificates as per suggested in official recruitment advertisement, through registered post/ speed post to the Registrar General, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi
