Qualification:
Semi Professional Assistant- Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any other discipline or any other higher qualification with minimum 50% marks. Candidates must also possess B.Lib. Sc./ B.LI.Sc. with 50% marks, and have completed Course in Computer application at Graduate or PG level or six months Computer course from recognized institution.
Multi Tasking Staff Library- Candidates must have passed 10th or equivalent examination from any state education board or Government recognized institution. Candidates should have Certificate in Library Science/ Library & Information Science from a recognized Institution.
Junior Assistant- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks from any state education board or Government recognized institution, and have Diploma/ Certificate of minimum six months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline. OR
Possess Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent discipline from a recognized University.
Candidates should also have typing speed of 40 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi Typewriting through Computers.
Upper Age Limit: 35 years for Semi Professional Assistant, and 27 years for Multi Tasking Staff Library and Junior Assistant Posts. Relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
Pay Scale:
Semi Professional Assistant- Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-
Multi Tasking Staff Library- Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Junior Assistant- Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-
Application Fees:
Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST category candidates
Rs. 200/- for General/ OBC category candidates
PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
