Minimum Qualification Required:
Assistant Director (Technical): The candidate must possess graduation Degree in Civil/ Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
Assistant (Accounts): The candidate must possess graduation degree in any stream or equivalent.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): The candidates must have passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Minimum typing speed 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.
Multi – Tasking Staff (MTS): The candidates must have passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent.
Upper Age Limit: 40 years for Assistant Director (Technical) Post; and 32 years for Assistant (Accounts), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) Positions.
Pay Scale:
Assistant Director (Technical): Pay Band-3 Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-
Assistant (Accounts): Pay Band-2 Rs. 9,300-34, 800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Pay Band-2 Rs. 5,200-20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Pay Band-2 Rs. 5,200-20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
Mode of Selection:
Assistant Director (Technical), Assistant (Accounts): The candidate will be selected on the basis of either or through written test and interview.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)- The candidate will be selected on the basis of written test, interview and typing test.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): The candidate will be selected on the basis of interview.
