The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of joining.

1. Senior Manager (Branch): 350 Vacancies
Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Minimum experience of 6 years is mandatory. Experience in managing a branch of a Public Sector Bank (or) Private Bank is mandatory. The candidate should at least be working in Scale II of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization.
2. Manager (Area Sales): 250 Vacancies Application
Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Minimum experience of 3 years in sales of financial products is mandatory. The candidate should at least be working in Scale I of a PSB or equivalent scale in a Private Bank or similar level in any other organization.
3. Manager (Area Operations): 350 Vacancies
Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Minimum experience of 3 years in working in a CBS environment on banking operations in a Public Sector Bank or Private Bank or Post Office Savings Bank is mandatory.

Age Limit: Minimum 26 years and Maximum 35 years (The candidate should be born not before 02-09-1981 and not later than 01-09-1990 both dates inclusive) for Senior Manager Posts; and Minimum 23 years and Maximum 35 years (The candidate should be born not before 02-09-1981 and not later than 01-09-1993 both dates inclusive) for Manager Posts as on 01-September-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on examination/ interview.
Pay Scale:
Middle Management Grade Scale (MMGS) II: Rs. 31,705-45,950/-
Middle Management Grade Scale (MMGS) III: Rs. 42,020-51,490/-
Application Fee:
Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST/ PWD (Only Intimation charges) and
Rs. 700/- for all others candidates
