Educational Qualification As on 02-December-2016:
I.T. Officer (Scale-I): Candidates should have passed four years of Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunications/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation; OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Graduate and have passed DOEACC ‘B’ level exam.
Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I): Candidates should have passed four years of Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing and Cooperation/ Co-operation and Banking/ Agro-Forestry.
Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale-I): Candidates should have passed Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
Law Officer (Scale-I): Candidates should have passed Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
HR / Personnel Officer (Scale-I): Candidates must be Graduate; and having Full time Post Graduate degree or Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HR/ HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law.
Marketing Officer (Scale-I): Candidates must be Graduate; and having Full time MBA (Marketing)/ Full time PGDBA of two years/ PGDBM with specialization in Marketing.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than minimum age of 20 years and not exceed maximum age of 30 years as on 01-November-2016. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1986 and not later than 01.11.1996 (both dates inclusive). Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of online CWE of 200 marks, followed by Interview of 100 marks.
Nature of Examination and Penalty Provisions: The IBPS CWE will be comprising of objective type questions with multiple choice options at places, which will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours. The subjects will be broadly Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English Language, Computer Proficiency and General Awareness (with respect to banking operations). There will be negative marking for each wrong answer and there will be 0.25 marks deduction for each wrong answer by the applicant.
Remittance of Application Fees: For applying to the IBPS CWE-6, interested candidates need to apply to the IBPS with remittance of a predefined and mandatory application fee.
For ST, SC, Ex-Servicemen and PWD candidates: Rs. 100/-
For All other category candidates: Rs. 600/-
