Assistant Labour Commissioner (Class-II) in Labour Department- 04 vacancies

Qualification: Candidates must have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matriculation standard or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Education.
Assistant Labour Commissioner- Candidates must be Law Graduate with Labour Laws as one of the subjects from any recognized University or Institution.
Editor- Candidates must be Graduate with Economics or Public Administration or Sociology or Commerce or three years professional LLB degree with Labour Laws as one of the subject. Candidates should have Degree in Journalism from any recognized University.
Manager (Legal)- Candidates must be Graduate along with LLB (Professional) in first division with ten years enrollment as an advocate and having experience in handling legal matters in public sector undertaking/ banks.
Age limit:
For Assistant Labour Commissioner/ Editor Posts- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 42 years as on 27-April-2016
For Manager (Legal) Post- Minimum 35 years and Maximum 45 years as on 27-April-2016
However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
For Assistant Labour Commissioner/ Editor Posts- Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
For Manager (Legal) Post- Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6000/-
Application Fee:
Rs. 125/- for Male candidates of SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBP (General)/ ESM categories of Haryana State
Rs. 125/- for Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all states
Rs. 500/- for Male Candidates of General Category including Dependent Sons of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana, and Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States.
Applicants are suggested to take print out of the application form and fee Challan and deposit the fee in any branch of State Bank of India and State Bank of Patiala after 48 hours of filling online application and Challan generation.
