Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on January 17, 2013
Pay Scale: Rs. 27700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44770 /-
Educational Qualification: A degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/ recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Candidates can obtain application form through Postal Services
and on cash payment both.
- One may obtain the application form from the office of Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block – B, Sector -4, Panchkula on cash payment at the counter from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM on all working days at the prescribed rate as mentioned below.
- Candidates may also obtain application form through post from the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula, (Phone No. 0172-2560755) by remitting the fees through Indian Postal Orders or Bank Drafts (from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India) payable to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission at Panchkula with self addressed envelop of 24×11 cm. size duly stamped worth Rs. 50/- for registered post at least 10 days prior to the closing date.
Selection Process: Selection process will be base on competitive examination including Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Viva-Voce.
The Preliminary Examination shall be of objective type with multiple-choice. The question paper for Preliminary Examination shall be of two hours duration. It shall consist of 125 questions and each question shall carry 04 marks and for every wrong answer 0.20% i.e. 1/5th mark shall be deducted.
A candidate who qualify for the Main Examination will have to apply again on
separate application form for Main Examination. The qualified candidates will have to obtain Application Form for the Main Examination from the Commission’s office.
Candidates thrice the number of posts in order of merit of Main Examination will be called for viva-voce.
Result:
The result of Preliminary Examination and other announcements relating to this Examination will be displayed on Punjab & Haryana High Court website www.highcourtchd.gov.in and also on Haryana Public Service Commission website //hpsc.gov.in.
