Hindustan Newsprint Limited is a Government of India Enterprise and a subsidiary of the Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited. This is in charge of the newsprint production and supply of them to all the print media, where newspapers are being printed. With its present notification the HNL invites candidates having technical competency for various Apprenticeship Training under the Indian Apprentice Act.

Educational Qualification:
- Fitter, Turner, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic, Machinist, Welder: Candidates must have passed ITI in the relevant Trade Examination.
- Programming & Systems Administration Assistant: Candidate must have passed COPA.
- Technician (Diploma): Candidate must have passed 3 year Diploma Examination recognized by respective State Boards of Technical Education/ Examination State Departments/ Directorates of Technical Educations.
- Technician (Vocational): Candidates must have passed Vocational Higher secondary exam in the relevant trade.
Stipend:
- For Fitter, Turner, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic, Machinist, Programming & Systems Administration Assistant: Rs.2800 per month consolidated
- For Welder: Rs.2400 per month consolidated
- For Technician (Diploma): Rs.2775 per month consolidated
- For Technician (Vocational): Rs.2160 per month consolidated
