HLL Lifecare Limited (formerly Hindustan Latex Limited) India’s leading manufacturers and marketers of Contraceptive, Health Care and Pharma products is a Mini Ratna Company under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. HLL LIfecare is operating with five manufacturing units and marketing offices throughout the country.

With the recent announcement from HLL Lifecare Limited, there is a few vacancies need to be filled up through open advertisement for NACO projects at Punjab, Haryana & Chandigarh. The details of the vacancy along with the criteria for selection is detailed as under:

Details of Job Positions with respective Academic/ Experience Requirement:
- Field Officer: 10+2/ Graduation With 3+ Years of Experience in FMCG/ Pharma/ OTC Sales
- Sales Officer: Graduation With 5+ Years of Experience in FMCG/ Pharma/ OTC Sales
- Area Sales Manager: Graduation With 6+ Years of Experience in FMCG/ Pharma/ OTC Sales
- HR Assistant: Graduation with minimum 1 year Experience in General HR functions
- Program Officer: Graduation with 3+ Years of Experience in NGOs/ Mid-media activity execution/ conducting awareness activities
- Field Operations Manager: Graduation/ MBA with 8+ Years of Experience in Retail Sales (FMCG/ Pharma/ OTC Products)
- MIS Assistant: Graduation with minimum 1 year Experience in General MIS functions/ Fresher’s with exceptional qualities
- Administrative Executive: Graduation with minimum 3 years Experience in Administrative functions
NOTE:
- Candidates having 10+2/ Graduation with 1 year sales experience can be considered for the job positions
- Candidate with NGO/ Sales Experience will have an added advantage.
Pay Scale provisions:
Selected candidates will receive remuneration as per the NACO project standard pay provisions:
Age Requirement:
- The candidate should not have crossed maximum age of 41 years as on 01-Oct-2013 to become eligible to apply for these posts.
- However, Relaxation in age and experience may be considered for exceptionally competent candidates.
Selection Procedure:
- The selection of candidates will be done on a merit ranking basis through a Walk-In Interview.
- All Appointments will be on fixed term contract basis
