Name of the Posts along with Vacancies: Semi-Skilled Workmen – 21 Vacancies
Trade wise Vacancies:
- Fitters (Inclusive Structural Fitters): 13 Posts
- Welders in SMAW , CO2 (MIG-MAG) & TIG welding: 05 Posts
- Turners: 02 Posts
Age Limit: : Candidates should not have exceeded 33 years of age as on 01-January-2015.
Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have passed SSC or equivalent examination, and must have ITI in the relevant trades with National Apprenticeship certificate (NAC ) examination in concerned trade conducted by NCVT of the Directorate General of Employment and training, Ministry of labour, Government of India.
Candidates should have minimum three years experience in the relevant trade in Shipbuilding/ Ship repairs/ Naval Dockyards.
Pay Scale: Rs. 6,970 -13,700/- plus other admissible allowances
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of interview.
