Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and Trade Test. Selected candidates will initially be inducted as on the job Trainees for a period of two years a consolidated wage. After successful completion of Training, the trainees may be absorbed in the regular establishment in the scale of pay Rs. 8610–15250/- for 10th Pass/ Matriculation candidates, Rs. 8870–15830/- for ITI Passed candidates, and Rs. 9140–16650 for Apprentices candidates.

Qualification:
Candidates must have passed matriculation examination. Candidates should have minimum 10 years of Work Experience in the relevant field/ trade.
OR
Candidates must have ITI certificate from Industrial Training Institute. Candidates should have minimum three years work experience after acquiring qualification in the relevant field/ trade of engineering concern.
OR
Candidates must be Qualified in All India Trade Test for Apprentices (National Apprenticeship Certificate – NAC). Candidates should have minimum three years work experience after acquiring qualification in the relevant field/ trade of engineering concern.
Note: Candidates who have experience of working on Heavy machines, Tools, Equipment, Large foundries, Forging and CNC machines; will get preferred.
