The department has issued notification regarding the recruitment of non teaching junior specialist cadre in different hospitals of Delhi. The posts are related to Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedic, Pediatrics, Obst. & Gyne, Ent, Pathology, Radiology/Radiodiagnosis, Anesthesia, Forensic Medicine, Microbiology, Burn & Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Psychiatry, Neuro Surgery, Urology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology and Skin.
Nature of the Post:
All the offered posts are on contract basis. Appointment will be of one year time.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must possess a MBBS qualification.
- Must possess a post graduate degree or diploma in mentioned speciality.
- Must have 3 years experience in concerned speciality.
- Must have 3 years experience in concerned super speciality after post graduate degree and 5 years experience after post graduate diploma.
- Candidate must be registered with Delhi Medical Council.
Age Limit:
Age of the candidate must not exceed 45 years on 31-12-2012. Relaxation of 5 years is awarded to government servants where other relaxations are provided according to the rules of central government.
Pay Scale:
A pay of Rs. 63000 will be granted to the selected candidate along with other benefits as regulated by the authorities.
Application Fee & How to:
A non refundable fee of Rs. 500 should be paid by the general and OBC candidates in the form of demand draft in favour of Dean, Maulana Azad Medical College payable at Delhi. SC/ ST are exempted from fee.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in interview conducted by Dean, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.
