High Court of Manipur invites application from eligible candidates for the posts of Stenographer Grade-I/ Private Secretary and Stenographer Grade-II.

Name of the Posts:
- Stenographer Grade-I/ Private Secretary: 12 positions {Unreserved-07, OBC (Meitei), ST-03}
- Stenographer Grade-II: 03 positions {Unreserved-02, ST-01}
Total Number of Vacancies: 15
Age Limit: Candidates should not more than 18 years and less than 38 years
Pay Scale:
- Stenographer Grade-I/ Private Secretary: Rs. 12000- 40000/- + GP Rs. 5900 pm + allowances as admissible
- Stenographer Grade-II: Rs. 8000/-35000 + Rs. 4300/- + allowances as admissible
Educational Qualification:
- Stenographer Grade-I/ Private Secretary: Candidates must possess Graduate degree along with Diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 120 words/ minute in shorthand and 50 words /minute on a computer.
- Stenographer Grade-II: Candidates must have completed Graduate degree along with Diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 words/ minute in shorthand and 40 words /minute on a computer.
Application Fee:
For SC/ ST/ Physically disabled candidates: Rs. 300/-
For all other category candidates: Rs. 500/-
Candidates are suggested to pay the fee in form of Banker’s cheque/ Demand Draft drawn from a Nationalized Bank payable at Imphal in favour of the Registrar, High Court of Manipur.
Selection Process: Written Exam, Speed Test, followed by Oral Interview
