High Court of Gujarat invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment to the posts of Computer Operator in Information Technology Cell; in the scale of pay Rs.5,200-20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.1,900/- plus usual allowances. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Elimination Test, and Computer Aided Test of 100 marks each. The Final Select List shall be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Computer Aided Test.

Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognized University. OR
Candidates must possess three years Diploma Course in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent from a Polytechnic Institute. OR
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University, and have minimum one year Diploma in Data Entry Operation/ Computer Application/ Computer Programming or its equivalent from a recognized University, or “O” Level Course from DOEACC Society.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years as on 29-April-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Examination Fees:
Rs.250/- plus Bank Charges for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Socially & Educationally Backward Class, Differently Abled Persons (PH) and Ex-Servicemen candidates
Rs. 500/- plus Bank Charges for and all other Candidates
