Candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship Training or undergoing Apprenticeship Training or registered for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
Trade Apprentice- 135 Vacancies for Ex-ITI, and 25 Vacancies for Freshers
Trade Apprentice (Ex-ITI)- [Trades- Fitter, Welder (Gas & Electric), Electrician, Pipe Fitter, Machinist, PASAA, Carpenter, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Electronics Mechanic, Painter, Forger & Heat Treater, Mechanic (Refrigeration & Air-conditioning), Mechanic (Diesel)]
Candidates must have passed All India Trade Test (AITT) for Craftsmen Training Scheme and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Govt. of India in the respective trade.
Trade Apprentice (Fresher)- [Trades- Fitter, Welder (Gas & Electric), Electrician, Pipe Fitter, Machinist] Candidates must have passed Class 10th standard/ Madhyamik or equivalent examination from recognized Central/ State Board.
Graduate Apprentice- 14 Vacancies [Discipline- Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science & Information Technology] Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline in calendar year 2016, 2017 or 2018 are only eligible.
Technician Apprentice- 26 Vacancies [Discipline- Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Telecommunication] Candidates who have passed Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline in calendar year 2016, 2017 or 2018 are only eligible.
Note: Candidates who possess work experience of one year or more are not eligible. who have completed Post Graduate qualification in Engineering (M.E/ M.Tech/ MBA) are not eligible.
Age Limit: As on 01-January-2019
Minimum 14 years and Maximum 25 years of age for Trade Apprentice (Ex-ITI)
Minimum 14 years and Maximum 20 years of age for Trade Apprentice (Fresher)
Minimum 14 years and Maximum 26 years of age for Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice
However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
