Candidates must have passed intermediate (10+2 or 12th) or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Candidates should have English typing speed of 35 words per minute (10500 KDPH) or Hindi typing speed of 30 words per minute (9000 KDPH).
Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have crossed the age of 27 years. The upper age limit is relaxable as per government rules.
