Government of Haryana Recruitment 2014 For Group IV Posts Under General Administration Department
The Government of Haryana, through its General Administration department invites competent applicants to job thousands of Group-IV posts under various departments of the state government. The Directorate of Employment has been entrusted to select candidates through competent recruitment norms through its guidelines for competent selection and recruitment.

Details of Vacancies:
Post Group. 1: 1284 posts of Animal Attendants (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-309, SC-204, BC-A-166, BC-B-89, SBC-128, EBC-UR-129, Ex-SM-UR-91, Ex-SM-SC-26, Ex-SM-BC-A-26, Ex-SM-BC-B-39 and others)
- Pay band:
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.4440-Rs.7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1300 and other allowances as applicable.
- Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation standard with adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit. Must have obtained any training program on Dairy/ Poultry/ Piggery conducted by the Animal Husbandry Department or any such organizations of repute. Advantage will be offered to candidates having adequate experience in caretaking of animals.
- Age Specification: The applicant must be within 17-40 years as on the last date of submission of Application. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit
Post Group. 2: 95 posts of Gauge Reader (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-22, SC-16, BC-A-12, BC-B-07, SBC-09, EBC-UR-09, Ex-SM-UR-07, Ex-SM-SC-02, Ex-SM-BC-A-02, Ex-SM-BC-B-03 and others)
- Pay band:
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.4440-Rs.7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1300 and other allowances as applicable.
- Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) standard and/or Matriculation with adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit. The applicants must have undertaken 6 months of Computer Application course for the candidates who have passed Matriculation.
- Age Specification: The applicant must be within 17-40 years as on the last date of submission of Application. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit
Post Group. 3: 61 posts of Waiter (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-08, SC-12, BC-A-07, BC-B-10, SBC-06, EBC-UR-06, Ex-SM-UR-02, Ex-SM-SC-01, Ex-SM-BC-A-03, Ex-SM-BC-B-04 and others)
- Pay band:
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.4440-Rs.7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1400 and other allowances as applicable.
- Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation standard with One year Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant and Counter Service from HIC & HM, Panipat or any other recognized Institute. The candidates must have adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
- Age Specification: The applicant must be within 17-40 years as on the last date of submission of Application. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit
Post Group. 4: 60 posts of Library Attendant (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-16, SC-09, BC-A-06, BC-B-04, SBC-06, EBC-UR-05, Ex-SM-UR-04, Ex-SM-SC-02, Ex-SM-BC-A-02, Ex-SM-BC-B-02 and others)
- Pay band:
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.5200-Rs.20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800 and other allowances as applicable in PB-I.
- Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation standard with adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
- Age Specification: The applicant must be within 17-40 years as on the last date of submission of Application. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit
Post Group. 5: 59 posts of Sevadar/ Chowkidar/ Mali-cum-Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar/ Attendant/ Swvadar-cum-Chowkidar (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-22, SC-06, BC-A-04, BC-B-02, SBC-04, EBC-UR-06, Ex-SM-UR-05, Ex-SM-SC-02, Ex-SM-BC-A-03, Ex-SM-BC-B-01 and others)

The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.4440-Rs.7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1300 and other allowances as applicable.
- Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation standard with adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.

Post Group. 6: 39 posts of Block Publicity Worker (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-10, SC-05, BC-A-04, BC-B-03, SBC-04, EBC-UR-03, Ex-SM-UR-03, Ex-SM-SC-01, Ex-SM-BC-A-01, Ex-SM-BC-B-01 and others)
- Pay band:
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.4440-Rs.7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1400 and other allowances as applicable.
- Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation standard with adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit. The applicants must have practical experience of Speaking and Publicity.
- Age Specification: The applicant must be within 17-40 years as on the last date of submission of Application. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit
Post Group. 7: 20 posts of Waiter (Reservation will be applicable as per rules as UR-06, SC-04, BC-A-04, BC-B-02, SBC-02, Ex-SM -02)
- Pay band:
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs.4440-Rs.7440 with Grade Pay of Rs.1650 and other allowances as applicable.
- Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation standard with One year and 6 months industrial training Craftsmanship course in Food and Beversages Services from Panipat Catering Institute/ Food Craft Institue Faridabad or any other recognized Institute. The candidates must have adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
- Age Specification: The applicant must be within 17-40 years as on the last date of submission of Application. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in upper age limit
NOTE:

Application fees:
- The General category: Rs.50 (Rs.25 for females of Haryana only)
- All other categories (SC/BC/SBC/EBPG): Rs.15 (Rs.7.50 for females of Haryana only)
- There will be concession of 50% of fees for females of Haryana State only.
- The PWD and Ex-SM candidates who belong to Haryana State are exempted from fee payment
- The fee can be deposited through online generated Fee challan in any branch of State Bank of Patiala within the date as mentioned in Fee Challan in the head of accounts 0230 Labour & Employment-800-Other receipts-(98) Employment
- No other form of fee payment will be accepted for these posts.
- The fee can be deposited within 48 hours of Online Application submission or by 06-Apr-2014, whichever is earlier.
- If a candidate applies for more than one post, he/she has to submit multiple fees with multiple applications. Such candidates will be allowed a single enrollment number and they will be invited separately for different Viva-Voice examinations.
Selection Procedure:
- Selection will be done by through the Short-listing of candidates by Academic marks followed by a Personal Interview as per the discretion of the Directorate of Employment, Haryana.

- The applicants need to consider their competency as per the data available with this advertisement at the same websites before applying
- Candidates are further directed to mention their sub category of Physically Handicapped otherwise their application form will not be entertained
- The Printed copy of the application form with original certificates and photocopy will be brought by the candidate at the time of interview/verification along with Photo, Identity Proof i.e. Identity Card/Driving License/ Passport/Voter Card/Pan Card etc.
