Goa Police invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Wireless Operator), Police Constable (Wireless messenger), Police Sub-Inspector (Master), Police Sub-Inspector(Engine Driver) in Goa Police.

Qualification:
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Wireless Operator)- Candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent examination from recognised board, and have diploma in electronics of a recognised institute.
Police Constable (Wireless Messenger)- Candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent examination from recognised board.
Sub-Inspector (Master)- Candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent examination from recognised board. Candidates must fulfill desired technical qualification/ skills and physical standards to be eligible to consider for this position.
Sub-Inspector (Engine Driver)- Candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent examination from recognised board. Candidates must fulfill desired technical qualification/ skills and physical standards to be eligible to consider for this position.
Note: Knowledge of Konkani is essential for all the posts. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
Upper Age Limit: 40 years as on 13-August-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
Pay Scale:
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Wireless Operator)- Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
Police Constable (Wireless Messenger)- Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Sub-Inspector (Master)- Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Sub-Inspector (Engine Driver)- Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Application & Examination Fee:
Rs. 200/- for general category candidates
Rs. 100/- for OBC/ SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman candidates
Note: Candidates belongs to OBC/ SC/ ST category of other states will be treated as general category candidates.
