Minimum Qualification Required:
General Manager (Environment): Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech (Environment) or M.Sc. (Environment) with 55% and above.
Candidate must possess fifteen years experience in Large Industries Organization out of which minimum five years experience must be at responsible position not below the pay scale of Rs. 15,600- 39,100 (GP Rs. 7,600) as per sixth pay commission or equivalent pay scale for persons working in a PSU/ Government Department/ Undertaking.
OR The candidates having experience in non Government Organization should have fifteen years experience out of which five years should be at responsible senior position in the field of Environment in large industrial organization.
Dy. General Manager (Mines): Candidates must possess B.E./ B. Tech. (Mining) with Minimum 55% & DGMS 1st Class Mines Manager (Coal) Certificate. Computer Knowledge essential. Candidate must possess minimum 10 years of experience.
Trainee Mining Engineers: Candidates must possess B.E/ B.Tech in Mining with 55% aggregate marks university/Institute. Computer Knowledge is essential.
Mine Sirdar/ Mine Mate [Sahayak]: Candidates must have passed HSC with 55% marks. Besides, candidate should possess DGMS Mine Sirdar/Mine Mate certificate. Computer Knowledge essential,
Upper Age Limit: 50 years for General Manager post as on February 01, 2018; 45 years for DGM posts; 28 years for Mine Sirdar/Mine Mate posts; 25 ears for Trainee Mining Engineers as on March 01, 2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale/ Remuneration:
General Manager (Environment): Rs. 1,44,200/- – Rs. 2,18,200/- Level 14 as per 7th Pay Commission
Dy. General Manager (Mines): Basic : Rs. 78,800/- as per 7th pay, pay matrix level-12
Trainee Mining Engineers: Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
Mine Sirdar/Mine Mate[Sahayak]: Rs. 19,950/- Per Month

Mine Sirdar/Mine Mate[Sahayak]/ Trainee Mining Engineers: Rs. 200/-
