Educational Qualification Criteria As on 15-April-2015:
- Senior Officer (Marketing): Candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% marks, and two years MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Oil & Gas Management with minimum 65% marks. Candidates must have minimum one year post-qualification executive experience.
- General Manager (Finance & Accounts): Candidates must possessing CA qualification should hold Fellow/ Associate membership of ICAI. Candidate should have managerial experience at a senior level and having minimum 24 years of total post-qualification executive experience.
Pay Scale:
- General Manager (Finance & Accounts): Rs.51,300-73,000/- (E-8 Grade)
- Senior Officer (Marketing): Rs.24,900-50,500/- (E-2 Grade)
Application Fee:
- General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category candidates: Rs.200/-
- Candidates can make the payment in form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi.
- SC/ ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Group Discussions and/ or interviews before the Selection Committee.
