Candidates must possess Degree in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mining, Metallurgical, or Production) from a recognized University. candidates should have adequate required experience/ knowledge in the relevant areas.

For Entry level of E-0/E-1 – CA/ ICMA/ MBA (Finance).
For other posts, i.e., E-2 Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICMA or MBA with Finance.
Executive/ Jr. Manager/ Assistant Manager (Personnel and Administration): 03 Vacancies
Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management OR Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Candidates must also have required working experience (one year and above post qualification experience for Executive/ three years and above post qualification experience for Jr. Manager/ four years and above post qualification experience for Assistant Manager).
Upper Age Limit: 28 years for Executive/ 30 years for Jr. Manager/ and 34 years for Assistant Manager Positions as on 25 November 2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.

Executive: E-0, ₹ 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000/-
Junior Manager: E-1, ₹ 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000/-

Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited is a Public Sector Undertaking with Miniratna status in category-II. It is a joint sector Enterprise controlled by the Ministery of Steel. It is one of the subsidiaries of the MSTC Limited along with share capital of Rs. 200 Million. The main job of the company is to process and recover the scrap from refuse and slag generated during steel and iron production at steel plants.
FSNL offers special services like Processing of steel and iron skulls, Steel Melting Shop slag in slag yards and Dig and haul of Blast Furnaces. It is also involved in removing ash & sludge from ash ponds and sludge compartments.
