Candidates need to apply with their resumes in two easy steps which are leads to the registration. At this point, the candidates will receive the Resume ID and a password immediately on being registered successfully. An email is also sent to the candidates within 3 days of the registration. In the past, there were recruitments of credit officers and clerks as well as probationary officers. Recruitment scenario in 2012
To carry out the process of recruitment smoothly, there has been notification for recruitment of probationary officers and clerks in 2012. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria need to register for the post before 25th June 2012 starting from 11th June 2012, so that the their applications will be scrutinised and they would be called for interviews at certain centres which are specified in the advertisements.
The educational qualification for the candidates applying for clerical posts is 55% in graduation in any stream from any recognised university. Probationary officer applications are invited only from residents of Kerala state if the candidate is having 60% pass marks in graduation.
- The age limit for clerical posts is not to be more than 24 years while for Probationary Officer posts, it should not be above 26 years as on 1.11.2011.
- Both the posts require candidates who have passed the CWE of IBPS held in the same year although a clear cut off mark has not been specified.
- There have not been any specifications for the number of posts in both the positions and the final recruitment would be done on the basis of scores in CWE and the interview rounds.
Other posts have not yet been advertised but these vacancies for specialist officers, credit officers, managers, etc are possible to be coming up in the recent months.

Since there have been plans of expansion of the bank in the coming years, enough posts would be advertised in the year 2013. There are recruitments through the IBPS exam for PO and clerical posts and therefore it is required that the candidates clear this particular written test, before they register for being called for interview.
