The Banaras Hindu University is a very reputed university not only in India, but also in other parts of the world. For instance, in the year 2012, it has been estimated that for MBBS, there are about 84 seats in total, out of which 42 seats are reserved for general category, 23 for OBC, 13 for SC and 6 for ST. on the other hand, there are 38 seats for BDS with 19 for general, 10 for OBC, 6 for SC and 3 for ST. There are 78 seats for BAMS and 33 seats for B. Pharm. Thus, before application for BHU PMT, it is essential to check out the availability of the seats and carry out preparation in the best way.
The Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate who has passed 10+2 or intermediate or any other equivalent exam with compulsory subjects like Chemistry, Physics, English and Biology can sit for the exam. However, if they want to sit for MBBS, they should score at least 50% while for B. Pharm, they should score a minimum of 60%.
