Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibilities are based on the posts as follows.
- Stenographer/Executive Assistant- Graduation / Diploma (3 years) in Office
Eligibility:-Management with 2-5 years of experience in relevant area.
- Office Assistant
Eligibility:-Graduation / Diploma (3 years) in Office Management along with 2-5 years of experience in relevant area.
- Receptionist
Eligibility:-Graduation/ three years Diploma in Office Management along with 3 years of experience.
- Auto Cad Operator
Eligibility:-Graduation along with Certification in operations of Auto CAD .Experience of 2 years is required.
- PR Executive
Eligibility:-Graduation in any discipline along with Proficiency in Computers. Experience of 2 years is required.
- IT Assistant (Web Design and System Design)
Eligibility:-MCA degree holder with experience in Web and System designing.
- Telecom Assistant
Eligibility:-Graduate or diploma holder along with experience in Telecommunication management.
Age Limit:
Applying candidates’ age must not be above 40 years.
Pay Scale:
Pay scales are dependent on the posts:-
- Stenographer/Executive Assistant-Rs. 16,000-17,000/-per month
- Office Assistant- Rs. 13,500-14,500/-per month
- Receptionist/ PR Executive – Rs. 16000/-per month
- IT Assistant (Web Design/ System Design)/ Telecom Assistant/ Auto Cad Operator – Rs. 18,500/-per month
Selection Process:
Selection will be done on the basis of performance in interview. For the post of Office Assistant and Stenographer candidates will first undergo a skill test and then interview.
