Government of India Press Shimla, invites applications from eligible male and female candidates for recruitment of trade apprentices in Book Binder, Offset Machine Minder, and Plate Maker Trades.
Number of Vacancies As per Trade:
Book Binder- 12 Positions
Offset Machine Minder- 06 Positions
Plate Maker- 01 Position
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 23-September-2015
Candidates selected for Book Binder, and Plate Maker Trades will be on training for a period of two years; and Candidates selected for Offset Machine Minder Trade will be on training for a period of three years.
Qualification:
Book Binder- Candidates must have passed 8th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
Offset Machine Minder, and Plate Maker- Candidates must have passed 10th class examination with physics and chemist as subjects under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years as on 03-September-2015.
Stipend: Selected candidates for trade apprentices in Book Binder, Offset Machine Minder, and Plate Maker Trades, will get the stipend of Rs. 3748/- during first year of training, Rs. 4283/- during second year of training, and Rs. 4819/- during third year of training.
