Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Recruitment September 2015 Notification: Junior Engineer (Civil) Jobs on Contract Basis for four years – Delhi Metro Rail project is the flag-bearer of Mass Rapid Transit System in the country capital and is responsible to implement and regulate the operations of the Metro Rail system in the National Capital Region. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited is a joint venture company between the Govt. of India and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and in the truest sense the lifeline of the National Capital Region. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Junior Engineer (Civil) on Contract Basis for a period of four years. Educational Requirement: The candidates interested to apply for the job positions need to have completed three years full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering in order to be eligible to apply.
Pay Scale and Remunerations: The candidates selected as Junior Engineer (Civil) will be eligible to receive a pay scale in the range of Rs.13500-25520/- in the IDA pattern along with other remunerations as applicable.
Candidates must have speaking and writing knowledge of English. Candidates having speaking and writing knowledge of Telegu and Marathi will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years. The applicants must have been born not earlier than 02-July-1987 and not later than 01-July-1997. Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Selection procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test ( Paper I of General Awareness, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Knowledge of the Discipline/ Trade; and Paper II of General English to be held on the same day), and Personal Interview, followed by Medical Examination.
Service Bond & Probation Period: The candidates selected for the posts of JE (Civil) will have to execute a surety bond of Rs.75000/- and Cost of training to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years. Either party can serve a three months prior notice, before seeking resignation from the corporation.

For SC/ ST category candidates: Rs.150/-
For All other candidates: Rs.400/-
The fees should be paid in form of bank challan. Candidates are required to click the link “generation of the BANK CHALLAN” and enter necessary details in order to generate a Bank Challan with Bank Reference Number. Candidates are suggested to take a print out of this system generated Bank Challan and deposit the requisite Written Examination Fee in any branch of State Bank Of India in a specially opened DMRC Account No. 33700092265; after a minimum of 24 hrs of generation of the Bank Challan.
On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch code of the bank collecting the money. Candidates are required to collect the “Candidates Copy” and “DMRC Copy” from the Bank.
Applicants are suggested to re-visiting the DMRC website after a minimum of two working dates of depositing the fee in the bank and follow the instructions given therein carefully for Online Registration.
