Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com.) degree from recognized University. Candidates should have Computer proficiency.
Candidates applying for Stenographer position, must have knowledge of Stenography in English/Hindi. Candidates should have minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English and 60 words per minute in Hindi with typing speed at the rate of 45 words per minute in English and 35 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
Candidates applying for Deposition Writer cum-Typist-cum Clerk position, must have knowledge of Hindi or English Typing. Candidates should have minimum speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English on Computer.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
Age Limit As on 01-January-2016: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years for unreserved male candidates, 40 years for unreserved female candidates/ Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class Candidates, and 42 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Selection Process:
Clerk- Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test for screening the candidates, written test of 90 marks, followed by viva-voce test of 10 marks.
Stenographer- Candidates will be selected on the basis of online shorthand and typing test of both English and Hindi followed by an online test of English/ Hindi of 90 marks, followed by interview of 10 marks.
Deposition Writer cum-Typist-cum Clerk– Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test for screening the candidates, written test of 90 marks, followed by viva-voce test of 10 marks.
Written Test Syllabus: Mathematics of matriculation standard, General knowledge and current affairs, English Language and Hindi Language Consisting of Letter writing, essay, precis writing, comprehension, and vocabulary.
Fees:
Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST category candidates
Rs. 500/- for all other candidates
