The Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (DGAQA– DGAEROQA.Gov.in), is the regulatory authority for quality assurance and final acceptance of military aircraft, armament, aero engines, airborne systems, avionics, allied ground system and missiles during development, production and overhaul at various defence Public Sector Units.

Pay Scale:
Tradesman Skilled Grade: Rs. 5200-20200/- With Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-
Tradesman Mate: Rs. 5200-20200/- With Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on last date for receipt of application. However relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government norms.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed matriculation from a recognised board.Candidates must also pass certificate in the relevant trade or defence services tradesman course equivalent to industrial training institute as approved by central government or state government or national trade certificate, issued by the national council for vocational training or national apprenticeship certificate.
Candidates applying for Tradesman skilled grade, should have one year experience in the relevant trade.
