Skilled Work Assistant (SWA): 32 Vacancies
O.B.E. Driver: 01 Vacancy
The initial posting shall be located at sites along the rivers in the Barak Basin and its tributaries in all North-Eastern State. Transferable within working area of Hydrological Observation Circle, Silchar, Assam.
Educational Qualification-
Skilled Work Assistant: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or ITI or equivalent from recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
O.B.E. Driver: Candidates must have passed Matriculation or ITI or equivalent from recognized Board/ University/ Institution. Candidates should have valid license in Motor Board/ OBE Driving. Candidates should have one year relevant practical experience.
Age Criteria: The applicants should have acquired minimum age of 18 years, and should not be more than 30 years of age as on last date of receipt of the application. Relaxation in age limit will be applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be eligible to get pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay 1800/- for Skilled Work Assistant (SWA), and Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay 1900/- for O.B.E. Driver Post.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Exam, Interview/ Trade Test.
