Disseminating an advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in various disciplines and making special provisions for Integrated Courses in Humanities, Social Science and Science and Technology, the Central University of Haryana came into existence during 11^th Five Year Plan (2007-12). This University is fully funded by UGC.

With the recent announcement from the CUH, there are several vacancies notified for faculty members at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various Departments/ Centers for Direct Recruitment or on Deputation/ Lien.

NOTE:

• The Ph.D. Degree will be a mandatory qualification for the appointment of Professors & Associate Professors.
• The period of time taken by candidates to acquire M.Phil. and/or Ph.D. Degree shall not be considered as teaching/ research experience to be claimed for appointment to the teaching positions.

Pay Scale and Remunerations:

• Professor: Candidates selected for these positions will be offered remuneration as defined by the UGC scale in the range of Rs.37400 – Rs.67000 with an AGP of Rs.10000 (PB-IV) by the University.
• Associate Professor: Candidates selected for these positions will be offered remuneration as defined by the UGC scale in the range of Rs.37400 – Rs.67000 with an AGP of Rs.9000 (PB-IV) by the University.
• Professor: Candidates selected for these positions will be offered remuneration as defined by the UGC scale in the range of Rs.15600 – Rs.39100 with an AGP of Rs.6000 (PB-IV) by the University.

Selection Methodology:

• Selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ previous track record, written examination and their performance in the interview as per the discretion of the CUH. The University may utilize any other mode as a supplementary method in selection process.

• For OBC: Rs.600
• For SC/ST/PWD: Rs.400
