Chhattisgarh Police invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Constables.
Name of the Post and Vacancies:
Constable (GD)- 1781 Vacancies [Unreserved- 740, OBC- 245, ST- 582, SC- 214]
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed matriculation (10th)/ Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from Chhattisgarh/ Madhya Pradesh State recognised board/ college/ institution.
Note: ST category candidates who have passed 8th standards are also eligible to apply. Candidates belong to naxalite affected areas/ family, who have passed 5th standard are also welcome.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years as on 01-January-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be eligible to get the pay scale Rs. 5,200–20,200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1,900/-
Application Fee/ How to get the Application Form:
For Unreserved/ OBC category candidates: Rs. 200/-
For SC/ ST category candidates: Rs. 125/-
Candidates may get the application form by paying the application fee at designated centers.

Last Date for Receipt of Application Form: 20-April-2015
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of physical test, and written examination. Candidates will have to appear for physical test during 25-April-2015 to 04-May-2015 for physical test at the same center from he/ she has purchased and deposited the application form.
