Chhattisgarh Forest Dept. Announces Recruitment 2013 For Data Entry Operator
(Under various Forest Divisions of Durg Circle)
The Conservator of Forests, Chhattisgarh has invited candidature for multiple opportunities in Chhattisgarh Forest Department for recruitment of Data Entry Operator for Computer Networking (on contractual basis) for different district level Forest Divisions under the Durg Circle.
The details of the vacancies and the criteria for application are as under:
Important date:
- Final date for receipt of completed application form by registered post AD/ speed post: 06-April-2013 till 5:00 PM
- Date of availability of call letter: After 16-April-2013
District Wise vacancies: Total-45 positions
- Durg: 16 posts (ST (M)-01, SC(M)-01, SC(F)-01, OBC(M)-01, OBC(F)-01, Gen(M)-06, Gen(F)-03, Gen(Ex-SM)-01, Gen(PWD)-01) – Application to be sent to the DFO, Durg Forest Division.
- Rajnandgaon: 09 posts (ST (M)-02, ST (F)-01, SC(M)-01, OBC(M)-01, Gen(M)-03, Gen(F)-01) – Application to be sent to the DFO, Rajnandgaon Forest Division.
- Rajnandgaon: 10 posts (ST (M)-02, ST (F)-01, SC(M)-01, OBC(M)-01, Gen(M)-04, Gen(F)-01) – Application to be sent to the DFO, Khairagarh Forest Division.
- Kawardha: 10 posts (ST (M)-01, ST (F)-01, SC(M)-01, OBC(M)-01, OBC(F)-01, Gen(M)-04, Gen(F)-01) – Application to be sent to the DFO, Kawardha Forest Division.
Reservation:
- There will be reservations for SC/ST candidates as per the rules under each district or state level administration
Scale of Pay:
- The candidates selected for the positions of Data Entry Operator, will received a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs.9700
- No other allowances will be applicable as per rules
Minimum Academics:
- The applicant must be a 10+2 pass or must have passed Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in any subjects
- The applicant must have obtained at least 1 year Diploma in Data Entry Operator from a recognized institute
- 8000 key depressions per minute in Hindi and English Computer Typing
Age: The candidates must have obtained a minimum of 18 years and must not have crossed max. age of 35 years as on 1-April-2013.
However there will be relaxation in upper age limit as per the norms for reserved categories
Which are the Organizations for reorganization of Computer Certification:
- Any ITI offering Diploma in Computer Application
- 3 years Diploma from the State Polytechnic in subjects of Modern Office Management, Computer Science, Information technology
- One year PG Diploma in Computer Application from Pt. Ravishankar University/ Guru Ghasidas University/ Bhoj University/ IGNOU
Period of Employment:
The candidates selected will be contracted for 1 year of service, which can be further extended depending upon the performance
Mode of Selection:
i) After scrutiny of applications, the candidates will be called for written test/ interview as decided by the concerned appointing authorities
ii) The dates for Written Test will be intimated later
