Central Coalfields Limited, a Category-I Mini-Ratna Company, invited eligible and aspiring candidates for induction of Junior Overman, Mining Sirdar, Deputy Surveyor, Assistant Foreman (Electrical), and Electrician (Non-Excavation)/ Technicians, E.P. Electrician (Executive/Technician), Assistant Revenue Inspector, and Overseer (Civil) Positions. The selection to these posts will be done through a Written Examination held at Ranchi.

Important Dates:
Starting Date for Submission of Online Applications: 30-March-2016
Last Date for Submission of Online Applications: 30-April-2016
Last Date of Receipt of the printout of Online Applications: 16-May-2016

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 30-March-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification:
Jr. Overman: Candidates must possess Valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency from Director General of Mines Safety (DGMS) with a Valid Gas Testing and First Aid Certificates.

Mining Sirdar: Candidates must possess Valid Mining Sirdar’s Certificate of Competency from Director General of Mines Safety (DGMS) with a Valid Gas Testing and First Aid Certificates.

Dy. Surveyor (Mining): Candidates ust have passed matriculation with a valid Mines Survey Certificate of competency granted by DGMS for working in Coal Mines

Asst. Foreman (Electrical): Matriculation with 3 years full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering along with Electrical Supervisorship Certificate valid for mines.

Electrician (Non-Executive/Technician): Candidates ust have passed matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade with Statutory Certificate for LT and HT Electrical Permit for cable joining and other similar works as per I.E Rules. The applicant must have completed Apprenticeship Training.

E.P. Electrician (Executive/Technician): Matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade with Statutory Certificate as per I.E Rules. And, must have completed Apprenticeship Training.

Assistant Revenue Inspector: Candidates must have passed matriculation with Amanat Examination Certificate or Surveyorship Certificate from ITI/ equivalent recognized certificate in surveyorship*, having 06 years experience working as Amin under State Government or any local authority.

Overseer (Civil): Matriculation with 3 years full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Staff Nurse: The applicants must have completed 10+2 along with ‘A’ Grade Nursing Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institute.

Technician (Radiographer) – Trainee: The applicants must have completed Diploma in Radiography or equivalent technology.

Pharmacist (Trainee): The applicants must have completed 10+2 with Science and Diploma in Pharmacy. Must have registered with State Pharmacy Council/ any other Pharmacy Council.

Technician (Pathological) – Trainee: The applicants must have completed Diploma in Pathological Technology or equivalent.

Technician (Dental) – Trainee: The applicants must have completed (10+2)/ Intermediate with Diploma in Dentistry/ Dental Technology. Should have at least 3 years of experience in concerned discipline.

Basic Pay:
Candidates selected for Assistant Revenue Inspector, Overseer (Civil), Junior Overman/ Mining Sirdar/ Deputy Surveyor, Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee), Staff Nurse, Pharmacist (Trainee), Technician (Pathological) Trainee in T&S Grade C with initial basic pay of Rs 19035.02 under NCWA-IX and will remain on training for one year.

Candidates selected for Electrician (Non-Excavation)/ Technicians, and E.P. Electrician (Executive/Technician) Positions will be regularized in Category-IV on the daily wages of Rs 649.69 as per NCWA-IX after successful completion of one year training in Excavation cadre.

Candidates selected for Technician (Dental) Trainee in T&S Grade D with initial basic pay of Rs 17605.41 under NCWA-IX and will remain on training for one year.
