As a close associate and subsidiary of Central Bank of India, Cent Bank Home Finance Limited is one of the most renowned names among housing finance companies in India. It is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank. It was incorporated in the name of “Apna Ghar Vitta Nigam Ltd.” and subsequently its name was changed to “Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd.” Starting its operation in the year June, 1991, the CBHFL has been quite a choice for Housing Finance in India with its major shareholders like Central Bank of India, Unit Trust of India (UTI), and National Housing Bank (NHB) and HUDCO. Operating with distinct segments such as Home Loans, Home Equity Loans, Loans against Property, Rural and Urban Loan facility the CBHFL has been proudly operating its operation with Crisil Rating of FA/Stable.

With the recent announcement, the CBHFL is inviting applications from competent professionals, who would be joining as Officers, Executives and Managers at its various branches across India.

The details of the recruitment procedure and essential eligibility are as follows:

  • Post Code: MA-07: Manager/ Sr. Manager (For all Branches)

Pay Scale Provisions:

  • The candidates selected for the above posts will receive remuneration at par with the industry standards.

Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Post Code: OT-01: Trainee Officers: Must have completed Post-Graduation OR recently qualified CA/ ICWA/ CS. Should have some experience of Housing Finance activities.
  • Post Code: OF-01: Officers: Must have completed Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline. Must have 2 Years experience in a reputed financial organization. Candidate having Housing Finance and corporate relationship/ HR/ IT related experience will be preferred.
  • Post Code: SO-02: Senior Officers: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline. Must have 2 – 5 Years experience in reputed NBFC/ HFC/ Bank. Candidate having Housing Finance, deposit mobilization and HR related experience will be preferred.
  • Post Code: JM-03: Junior Manager: Must have completed Post-Graduation in Commerce or CA/ ICWA/ CS. Must have 5-7 Years experience in a reputed financial organization. Candidate having Housing Finance and HR related experience will be preferred.
  • Post Code: AM-04: Assistant Manager: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline or CA/ ICWA/ CS. Must have 7-10 Years experience in a reputed NBFC/ HFC/ Bank. Candidate having Housing Finance, and HR related experience will be preferred. Candidates having experience in legal and Collections will be an added advantage.
  • Post Code: MA-05: Manager HR: Must have completed MBA / MSW / IR/ MPM. Must have minimum 10 Years experience in a reputed NBFC/ HFC/ Banks with HR & Industrial Relations.
  • Post Code: MA-06: Manager IT: Must have completed MCA/ BE/ B.Tech./ M. Sc Computer Science/ Any Professional Degree in IT. Must have at least 10 Years experience in any Public/ Private Sector Bank/ Housing Finance Company/ NBFC in Middle Management cadre with handling IT projects on core banking platform.
  • Post Code: MA-07: Manager/ Sr. Manager: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline or CA/ ICWA/ CS. Must have 10+ Years experience in a reputed NBFC/ HFC/ Bank. Candidate having Housing Finance related experience will be preferred. Candidates having experience in Legal, Collections, and Corporate Relationship will be an added advantage.
  • NOTE: Working knowledge of computers is essential for all the above posts.

  • Post Code: OT-01: Trainee Officers: A candidate must not have crossed 25 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.
  • Post Code: OF-01: Officers: A candidate must not have crossed 28 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.
  • Post Code: SO-02: Senior Officers: A candidate must not have crossed 30 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.
  • Post Code: JM-03: Junior Manager: A candidate must not have crossed 33 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.
  • Post Code: AM-04: Assistant Manager: A candidate must not have crossed 35 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.
  • Post Code: MA-05: Manager HR: A candidate must not have crossed 35 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.
  • Post Code: MA-06: Manager IT: A candidate must not have crossed 45 years as on 01-Jan-2014 to be eligible for this consideration.

  • NOTE: 3 years of relaxation in upper age will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
