With the recent announcement, the CBHFL is inviting applications from competent professionals, who would be joining as Officers, Executives and Managers at its various branches across India. The details of the recruitment procedure and essential eligibility are as follows:
Details of the Job Positions:
- Officer: 31 Vacancies
- Senior Officer: 27 Vacancies
- Senior Officer HR: 01 Vacancy
- Senior Officer Compliance: 01 Vacancy
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test conducted by IBPS, followed by interview of shortlisted candidates. Company will be holding on-line test at Bangalore, Bhopal, Delhi/ Delhi NCR, Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ MMR region, Chennai. The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 6 months.

Education Qualification & Experience:
Officer: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Must have minimum 1 year experience in any Housing Finance Company/ Banks/ NBFCs dealing in mortgage loan.
Senior Officer: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Must have minimum 2 years experience in any Housing Finance Company/ Banks/ NBFCs dealing in mortgage loan.
Senior Officer HR: Must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidates must also possess two years full time Masters degree with specialization in HR. Must have minimum 2 years work experience in HR department.
Senior Officer Compliance: Must be semi qualified Company Secretary (Executive). Must have minimum 2 years work experience in Company Secretarial and Compliance Department.
- NOTE: Working knowledge of computers is essential for all the above posts.
Age Specification: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years. 3 years of relaxation in upper age will be applicable for Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer), 3 years of relaxation for SC/ST, and 3 years of relaxation for Persons with Disability PWD candidates.
Pay Scale Provisions:
- The candidates selected for the above posts will receive remuneration at par with the industry standards.
