Education (School) Department, Government of Tripura, invites applications from eligible candidates permanently residing in Tripura for recruitment of 12000 Programme Assistant, Student Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, School Library Assistant, Hostel Warden vacancies on temporary basis.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. Interview of the eligible candidates will be held in eight Districts Head Quarter to which the candidate belong to.

Academic Counsellor: 1200 Posts
Candidates possess Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University with at least 5(five) years teaching experience in any Govt./Govt recognized High or H.S Schools.
Candidates having minimum 3 years experience in education counselling in any Govt./Govt. recognized High & H.S Schools will be preferred.
Student Counsellor: 3400 Posts
Candidates possess Graduate degree from any recognized University with at least 5(five) years teaching experience in any Govt./Govt recognized Schools.
Candidates having minimum 3 years experience in education counselling in any Govt./Govt. recognized High & H.S Schools will be preferred.
School Library Assistant: 1500 Posts
Candidates possess Graduate degree from any recognized University with at least 5(five) years experience in supervision or handling of books of library in any Govt./ Govt. recognized Schools.
Candidates having diploma in Library Science with three years experience in any Govt./Govt. recognized Schools, will be preferred.
Hostel Warden: 300 Posts
Candidates possess Graduate Degree from any recognized University with at least 5(five) years teaching or administrative experience in schools/ Hostels in any Govt./Govt. recognized Schools.
Programme Assistant: 5600 Posts
Candidates must have passed Madhyamik or its equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board/Institution with 3 years experience in functioning and maintenance of school administration in any govt./govt . recognised schools.
Candidates having 3 years experience in providing or supervising mid-day meal related works in schools, will be preferred.
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 27-45 years for Academic Counsellor; 26 to 45 years for Student Counsellor, School Library Assistant, Hostel Warden Posts; 21 to 45 years for Programme Assistant Posts. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Remuneration:
Student Counsellor: Rs. 10,130/- [PB-2, Rs.5700- 24000/- plus GPRs.4200/- p.m.]
Academic Counsellor: Rs. 7,970/- [PB-2, Rs.5700- 24000/- plus GPRs.2800/- p.m.]
School Library Assistant: Rs. 7,970/- [PB-2, Rs.5700- 24000/- plus GPRs.2800/- p.m.]
Hostel Warden: Rs. 7,970/- [PB-2, Rs.5700- 24000/- plus GPRs.2800/- p.m.]
Programme Assistant; Rs. 6,260/- [PB-2, Rs.5700- 24000/- plus GPRs.2200/- p.m.]
