Junior Assistant cum Typist: 129 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam (objective type using OMR sheets). Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written exam will be called for appearing the skill test to be conducted at TNAU Main campus, Coimbatore.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree after passing 10+2, and have computer knowledge. Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in any University, Government or Public Sector Institutions.
Candidates must have passed the Government Technical Examinations in Typewriting by the Higher grade in Tamil and English; or by the Higher grade in Tamil and Lower grade in English; or by the Higher grade in English and Lower grade in Tamil.
Candidates must possess adequate knowledge in Tamil. Candidates who passed Certificate course on “Office Automation” awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years for OC, and no upper age limit for BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST category candidates.
Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for SC/ SC(A)/ ST category candidates, Rs. 750/- for others in form of Demand Draft in favour of The Comptroller, TNAU, Coimbatore; drawn from any branch of State Bank of India only payable at TNAU Branch, Coimbatore.
