TSPSC Recruitment Advertisement 31/2022: Telangana TSPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification | Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector Exam Syllabus

Telangana State Public Service Commission invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of the post of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors in Transport Department in the State of Telangana.

Qualification: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or any equivalent qualification; OR hold a Diploma in Automobile Engineering (3 years course) awarded by any institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government approved by the AICTE, New Delhi.

Candidates must hold a valid Driving License authorized to drive Heavy Motor Vehicles (Transport Vehicles).

Candidates must have fulfilled required physical standards.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 39 years as on 01-July-2022. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates applicable as per rules.

Pay Scale: Rs. 45,960-1,24,150/-

Application and Examination Fees:
Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST/ BC/ PH/ Unemployed Applicants of Telangana State (Application Processing Fee: Rs. 200/-)
Rs. 320/- for all other candidates (Application Processing Fee: Rs. 200/- and Examination Fee Rs. 120/-)

Applicants are suggested to pay the fee online through payment gateway.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of examination (Commission may conduct the examination either computer based recruitment test or offline OMR based examination of objective type) of 450 marks (150 marks of General Studies and General Abilities Paper, and 300 marks of Automobile Engineering Diploma Level Paper held at Hyderabad including HMDA Jurisdiction; followed by interview of 50 marks.
