HPPSC Advertisement No. 1/ 2019- Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment of various positions.
Senior Scale Stenographer, Class-III (Non Gazetted): 02 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a University recognized.
Candidates should have 100 wpm speed in English and 80 wpm in Hindi shorthand, and typewriting speed of 40 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi.
Computer Operator, Class-III (Non Gazetted) (Technical Services): 01 Vacancy
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application / Information Technology/ Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognized University. OR
Possess three years Diploma Course in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent from a Polytechnic Institute duly recognized by the H.P./ Central Government. OR
Possess Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University; and Diploma of minimum one year duration in Computer Application/ Computer Programming or its equivalent.
Clerk, Class-III (Non-Gazetted): 12 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education /University. Candidates should have minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on Computer. Candidates should have knowledge of ‘Word Processing’ in Computer.
Driver, Class-III ( Non-Gazetted): 01 Vacancy
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education /University. Candidates must possess valid driving licence for the plying of heavy/ light vehicles in hilly terrain.
Peon, Class-IV (Non-Gazetted): 03 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education /University.

Examination Fee:
For General Category candidates of Himachal Pradesh, and other States Candidates of All Category: Rs. 400/-
For SC/ ST/ OBC candidates of Himachal Pradesh: Rs. 100/-
Ex-Servicemen/ Blind/ Visually Impaired candidates of Himachal Pradesh are exempted from payment of application fee. Candidates can make the payment online by debit / credit card or internet banking through “e-Payment Gateway”.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written objective type examination, and skill test.

The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to examination.
Admit Card: candidates shall be issued an e-Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination against their USER-ID. The candidate are suggested to download e-Admit Card from their USER-ID for admission/ appear in Examination. No Admit Card will be sent by post.
